Jump For Joy with Lawn Fawn...

 

Hello everyone!! Happy Wednesday!! I am so happy to be here sharing a super fun Fall themed shaker card with you. Did you know that there is a section for Autumn Favorites available on the Doodlebugswa store? You should check this section out if you love creating Fall-themed projects. As I mentioned last week Autumn themed cards are some of my favorite to make. I checked out the Autumn Favorites to pick out the stamp set I would be using. 

For my card, I chose to use Jump For Joy for the leaves,  Pick of The Patch for the cute little squirrels, and the cuties from the Really High Five stamp set. I colored all of my images using Copic markers. I used the Sunrise Backdrop Lawn Cuts Die for the background of my card. For the grass area, I used the grassy hill from the Mushroom Border die. 

I used Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock to die cut all of the pieces I would be using for my card. 

For the background, I used Distress Oxide Ink in Peacock Feathers. For the Sunrise Backdrop, I used Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, and Ripe Persimmon Distress Oxide Inks. For the grassy hill, I used Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks and a bit of Noble Fir ink from Lawn Fawn. 

I then decided to make this card into a shaker card. I added a piece of acetate to the Sunrise Backdrop die and then foam tape to adhere it to the base. I used the super pretty Jewels in Sparkling Clear from Pretty Pink Posh. For the sentiment, I used embossing powder in Bright White Super Fine.
