Happy Wednesday!  Two more days 'till the weekend.

The BIG NEWS this week....Crazy Bird dies and stamps are now in stock.  We've notified everyone in our special order book.  So, if you haven't received a message, give us a call so we can set aside the items you want.  They are disappearing fast!

Many of you have asked about our Butterfly Mixed Media canvas on display in the store.  We won't be repeating the class this year.  However, if you're interested in creating this piece of art, you can purchase the PDF Tutorial on our new website.  It includes a list of suggested supplies and step by step color photos with written instructions.  The link to that class can be found HERE.

Mama Elephant- Woodland Gifts

We're loving all the woodland creatures on the Woodland Gifts stamp set from Mama Elephant.  Emily used the stamp and dies from this set, along with the grass die from Lawn Fawn to make this absolutely adorable card. The creatures are colored with Copic Markers.

Hollyhocks - Impression Obsession

Today we have a beautiful, and simple card to share.  We used the same technique we used last week for the poppy card.  The hollyhocks were cut from white paper using the Hollyhock die from Impression Obsession, and colored using Copic Markers.

Add them to the front of a card base, with a sentiment and you have a beautiful card.

Hope we've inspired you to create something today!!

Happy Wednesday!  We have loads of information to share with everyone.  It's show time, and that means LOTS of new releases and Holiday products.  I'm going to share some links today, featuring some new products from popular manufactures and/or artist.  Watch the videos or view the catalogs and let us know if you'd like to special order any of the products.  Often times, with Holiday products, we only have one or two opportunities to re-order these items.  New, popular products, if made overseas, often takes months to get back in stock.  So, if you see something you love, be sure to give us a call or email us, so we can add you to our special order list and get your products ordered.  We'll set the product aside, and give you a call, once it arrives.  You'll also save 10% off the purchase of that item.

Pre-Order Memory Box Holiday Dies

We're getting ready to place our Holiday Memory Box die order and thought we'd give you a chance to look through their catalog and pre-order.  All orders must be emailed or called in to us by Friday,  July 17th.  We will be placing our order at the close of business on Friday.   Payment is due when the order arrives, and as usual, all pre-orders save 10%.

The catalog is not priced.  Please call us, or email us if you'd like prices on specific dies.  Provide us with the item number and the name.  Their Holiday prices are similar to their everyday prices if you are familiar with their dies and prices.

July Paper Crafting Kit- Projects

We have more fun cards we created with our July Paper Crafting Kit.  If you haven't seen our July Paper Crafting Kit, you can view it HERE at our NEW online store.

Here's the kit and all the great goodies included.  Be sure to visit our online store, for additional images of all the cards and die cut pieces that are included in the kit.

We used Tim Holtz Distress Ink and the stamp set included in the kit to create this water color ice cream cone.

Here's a close up image.

We used the stamp set again for this card.  This time, we inked up the image with pigment inks.  We used two colors (one slightly darker than the first).  Inked the stamp with the light color, then applied the darker color around the edge to get that shadow effect.  (We applied the darker ink directly on top of the lighter ink BEFORE stamping the image).

We used the stamp set and and the "add on" die to create these fun popsicle and ice cream cards.  Added a few embellishments from the kit for some finishing touches.

The wood grain paper comes from one of the 4x6 double-sided cards.
