Little Monkey Agenda from Mama Elephant

I love the Little Monkey Agenda images from Mama Elephant. So, I was delighted when Toni created this super cute baby card!  How fun are those colorful clouds?  Thanks again to Toni, from Frankie Helps Craft, for wonderful inspiration!

*****

Hi, Friends! Today I have a baby card for you featuring the Mama Elephant Little Monkey Agenda set.  Aren't they just adorable hanging from the Mama Elephant Celebration Balloons?!

They are stamped with Versafine Onyx Black on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper and colored with Zig Watercolor Markers. I drew in the balloon strings using a Copic Multiliner.

For the background I used the MFT Mini Cloud Edges Stencil and Distress Oxides. I think spattering the clouds with water adds a lot of fun interest, don't you?!

Mama Elephant Stackable Cuties

Today Toni is sharing an adorable Christmas card using everyday stamps and dies. I love trying to stretch my supplies to create cards for multiple occasions! Thanks Toni for the inspiration!

******

Hello, friends! I have a fun holiday card for you using the non-holiday Mama Elephant Stackable Cuties set.  The cuteness is killing me!

I started the card by stamping and masking the various critters. There are so many to choose from including pets, woodland critters and more exotic ones. I think my fav is the koala--they're so fuzzy and adorable!

Now before I started coloring I lightly penciled in the string of lights then used a Copic Multiliner 0.3 over it.

So now insert lots and lots of Copic coloring.  LOTS.

The finishing touches include a sentiment from the Mama Elephant Puffy Holiday Greetings set stamped in Versafine Onyx Black. I also added a couple of (Lawn Fawn) hats adhered with Ranger Multi Medium Matte and a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Mirrored Star adhered with Ranger Glossy Accents.

Feel free to check out my other creations on my blog, Frankie Helps Craft.  See you soon!

Hey Chick!

Toni, from Frankie Helps Craft is back! She's sharing this adorable card, perfect for Spring!

****

Hi, everyone! Today's card is full of fuzzy cuteness featuring the Mama Elephant Little Chickie Agenda set and Mama Elephant Jar Shaker!  I didn't use the jar as an interactive shaker but instead left it flat with a layer of acetate behind to give the illusion of eggs being poured out.

So cute!  I masked one of the ME Little Chickie Agenda eggs multiple times and colored the resulting jumble of eggs with Copics in keeping with the look of the Lawn Fawn Spiffy Speckles paper.  The other chicks are colored with the same Copics.  I think my favorite chick is the one who's falling out of the jar and out of his shell at the same time. How about you?

The background consists of the MFT Mini Cloud Edges Stencil sponged with Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers. The grass consists of Doodlebug Green Grass washi and a Lawn Fawn Grassy Hillsides Die layer on top.  This has been sponged with Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron. The diecut grass made it really easy to nestle the chickies while the washi grass adds an extra layer without bulk.

The sentiment is from MFT The Whole Herd set stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.  The sentiment is so perfect for this, right?!

Love Monkey, Reveal Wheel Card

Toni from Frankie Helps Craft is back this week with a cute interactive card using the Reveal Wheel die from Lawn Fawn!

***

Hi, lovelies! Are you ready for some monkey, monkey, monkey fun!  Let's go!

I was looking at the MFT Happy Birthday Circle Frame and it occurred to me that it might just be used with the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel dies. It totally can be! Check that out! The Sunny Studio Love Monkey set now have the perfect platform for their hijinks.

So, I cut out the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel pieces using designer paper, including the green. I sponged a stencil over that using Distress Oxide Shabby Shutters. Now there's a subtle jungle pattern that's interesting but not cluttered. I completed the rest of the reveal wheel using Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel Sentiments and a heart from the monkey set using Versafine Onyx Black and Distress Oxide Candied Apple

TIP: I love the Lawn Fawn video showing how to use this set--so helpful.

Next I colored up the Sunny Studio Love Monkey images using the below Copics, using colors to coordinate with the designer paper. I glued down the MFT Happy Birthday Circle Frame using Ranger Multi Medium Matte. The monkeys are adhered with that and Scotch foam tape. Did you notice how the vine perfectly fits the frame die? I'm telling you--these were meant to play together!

If you'd like to see more of my creations, feel free to stop by my blog, Frankie Helps Craft. Have a great rest of your week!

Below is a video from Lawn Fawn introducing the Reveal Wheel Die and how to assemble it.

Lucky Dog from MFT Stamps

Toni's back again with this cute card for all the dog lovers! Isn't this so fun?

*****

Ack! This card makes me smile!!!  I have a coworker who is an Anglophile so how could I not have corgis on her card?

I started the card by stamping the MFT Lucky Dog corgis randomly on the Strathmore Bristol Smooth card front using Versafine Onyx Black. I then watercolored them with Zig Markers and a Zig Watercolor Detail Brush.

I used Catherine Pooler Aquatini to stamp the Mama Elephant Stackable Cuties speech bubble sentiments. I also sponged Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers and a touch of Evergreen Bough on the MFT Fringed Scallop Border to make it matchy matchy.  Don't you love how the aqua green and russet colors go together?

My final touches included adding a layer of Wink of Stella Clear to the MFT Fringed Scallop Border before adhering it to the card front with Ranger Multi Medium Matte.  I also printed out the "concorgilations" sentiment on my printer and die cut it with an MFT Essential Speech Bubbles die.  It's mounted on Scotch Foam Tape. The corgi eyes are dotted with Ranger Black Enamel Accents.

I know:  killer cute!  Check out my other creations on my blog, Frankie Helps Craft.  Have a great weekend!
