Lawn Fawn- Snow Day Stamp Set

Last week we received some adorable stamps from Lawn Fawn.  I couldn't wait to use the Snow Day set with matching dies!!  Here's one of several, cards I created with the set.  Watch the blog for more projects using this set.  Or, head over to our Lawn Fawn Pinterest Board for some "instant" inspiration.

The background paper used for this card is from Authentique.  It was perfect for this card.  I stamped the little critters with brown Archival Ink from Ranger and used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to watercolor them.  Super easy!

Mama Elephant- Cup of Wishes

A super quick card today, using a super versatile stamp set from Mama Elephant.  This stamp set, Cup of Wishes, can be used for numerous occasions and seasons (warm...thanks, welcome, wishes, thoughts and more!)  It's also perfect for coffee lovers OR tea drinkers (love the little tea bag strings).

We figured with cooler weather and fall on the way, "Warm my Heart", was appropriate.

Memory Box Die- Classic Deer

Today we thought we'd share this beautiful and simple card Emily created using the Classic Deer die from Memory Box.

She die cut the deer from some of the new glitter and cream striped paper we have from American Crafts.  The sentiment is from one of the new Mama Elephant Holiday stamp sets.  The thin stripes were created using some gold metallic washi tape from Little B's.

Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Die and Stamp

Mary's been creating with the Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia die and stamp set.

She cut the poinsettia and leaves from cardstock and then used the coordinating stamp to heat emboss onto the poinsettia.  She used gold embossing powder for the flower and clear embossing powder on the leaves.

Here's a close up look at the poinsettia.

Paper Mache Holiday Pot

I love dressing up these paper mache pots.  They make great hostess gifts and can be wonderful centerpieces or place settings for your Holiday table.

Not ready to think Christmas yet?  Die cut some colorful leaves for a beautiful Fall gift.

I used Collage-Pauge to cover the top of the pot with some printed tissue.  I then painted the rest of the pot with some of the new craft paints we have from Americana / Deco Art.

I cut the poinsettia using the Spellbinders Poinsettia die and used some Distress Inks from Tim Holtz to color it.  The gold paint is from Martha Stewart Crafts.

The chalkboard sign is from American Crafts.  They are perfect when giving a plant as a gift!  I added the word JOY and a little holly embellishment from Little B.

Chalkboard Notebook

With school starting again, we thought it was the perfect time to feature our chalkboard paint.  We've been having fun covering everything we can think of with the paint.  Below is a composition notebook that I covered.  Once the paint was dry, I covered the spine with the extra wide washi tape from Hazel & Ruby.

Send the kids back to school with these fun notebooks.  Or, give them as teacher's gifts.  We also covered paper mache ornaments and frames with the paint.  Again, great ideas for teacher's gifts.
