Foxy Grateful Card....

Hello and happy Wednesday everyone. I am sharing this fun fall-themed card with you today using the adorable Favor Bag Accessory Fox die from Mama Elephant.

I began by die-cutting the base of the card using the Basic Rectangles dies set. I then used the same size stitched rectangle to die-cut a layer for the hill area. For the hill, I used the Slimline Stitched Hillside die set. I added a bit of color to the grassy hill area using Mowed LawnRustic Wilderness, and Noble Fir inks. I added color to the base panel using  Broken China, Peacock Feathers, Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, and Black Soot

Next, I die cut the layers to create the fox from the Favor Bag Accessory Fox die set. I then die cut the layers to create the sign using smaller rectangle dies. I added color to the fox using Spiced Marmalade and Rusty Hinge.  For the brown areas, I used Gathered Twigs , Ground Espresso, and Brushed Corduroy

I then heat embossed the sentiment from the Scripty Autumn Greetings stamp set onto the wood sign. I also heat heat embossed the rest of the sentiment onto a banner that was die-cut using the banner from the Simple Wavy Banners die-set. I then layered the base of the card onto the scalloped frame die cut using the Framed Tags Madison Avenue die set.

I hope you enjoy the card I created to share with you today. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I hope you each have a wonderful and blessed day. Please feel welcome to visit me on my blogIG or Pinterest.

Ombre Diecut Borders

Hi, everyone!  Toni here with you today sharing an autumn-themed card.  It's my favorite time of the year.  How about you?

I started by sponging the card base with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, and Prize Ribbon.

I then cut out the Lawn Fawn Fall Leaves Backdrop and sponged it with DO Mustard Seed and Crackling Campfire. I adhered the leaf panel to the card base and spattered the lot with water. Isn't the combo of colors stunning?

Next I colored up a few of the Mama Elephant Hey Pumpkin images with Copics. These images are so flippin' cute!

My last steps were embossing the sentiment and adhering the images.  Of course, I ensured the DO was dry and pounced some embossing buddy powder on it to be on the safe side.  That stuff makes embossing a much less messy affair.

I'll see you again soon.  If you'd like to check out my other creations in the meantime, you can visit my blog, Frankie Helps Craft, my Instagram, or my Pinterest Board.  Have a great rest of your day!

Gingham is the reason!

Not that I need a reason to reach for gingham - but today's die was
calling for its name!  Check it out:

I love that the Honey Bee Gingham Galore Spring still brings a punch of
wonderful color for the end of Summer!  Their 'pattern' has both straight and diagonals!
Here I've used the diagonal pattern to cut my sweet Cape Marguerite Layering Die Set
taking advantage of the nifty numbering system they've added to this set - makes it so
much easier to layer up! [you'll see the number and keyhole shape in the die here.]

Honey Bee's My Favorite Flower set provided the sentiment,
and Pinkfresh Studio's Mini Slimline Bundle had this sweet little die to cut my panel.

Hope you enjoy my last look at Summer - that gingham comes in Holiday colors, too...
just sayin'!

Live Life In Full Bloom .....

Hello and happy Wednesday everyone. Happy September!! I love this season. I created this Fall-themed card using the beautiful Market Cart Builder from Honey Bee Stamps.

I began by die-cutting the base of the card using the Basic Rectangles dies set. I then used the same size stitched rectangle to die-cut a layer for the grass area and sidewalk area. For the grass, I used the Slimline Stitched Hillside die set and the Mushroom Border die set. I added a bit of color to the grass and hill area using Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness, and Noble Fir inks. For the base of the card, I used Broken China

Next, I used a shaped die from the Favor Bag Accessory Fox die set to create the mini pumpkins. I then die cut the layers and pieces to create the Fall-themed cart using the Market Cart Builder die set. I also die cut a couple of bushy tree layers using the dies from the Tree House die set. I used Mustard Seed and Wild Honey to add color to the yellow pieces. I used Spiced Marmalade and Rusty Hinge to adde color to the orange pieces.  For the brown areas, I used Gathered Twigs and Brushed Corduroy

I also used Copic markers to add colors to the centers of the sunflowers:  E49, E47. To the white flowers, I added a bit of E40, W00, and W2.

I then heat embossed the sentiment from the Paint-A-Flower Hydrangea stamp set onto a banner that was die-cut using the banner from the Simple Wavy Banners die-set.

I hope you enjoy the card I created to share with you today. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I hope you each have a wonderful and blessed day. Please feel welcome to visit me on my blogIG or Pinterest.
