Snow Globe Scene with Lawn Fawn...

Hello everyone!! Happy Wednesday. Mayra here with you today. I have a fun snowglobe shaker card to share with you.

For my card today I used the wonderful Lawn Fawn Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On,  the Ho Ho Holidays stamp set, along with the Snow Globe Scenes (for the Christmas tree in the center).

To create the little town I used the house from the Winter Village stamp set, the decorated tree from the Yeti or Not set, the lampost from Peas On Earth set, the mountains from the Over The Mountain Border set, along with the Slimline Stitched Hillside Border dies to create the snowy hills.

I also added the little elves from the Holiday Helpers stamp set, and the stack of presents from the Car Critters Christmas Add-On set.  I used Copic markers to color all of my images in. I will have the colors listed below. I used Distress Inks to create the night sky for the background and the snowglobe scene.

I hope you enjoy the card I created to share with you today. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I pray you each have a wonderful and blessed day. Please feel welcome to visit me at my blog, Instagram, or Pinterest

Hello from Toni: Sunny Studio Sledding Critters

Hello, Doodlebug fans! I hope December is treating you well, or as well as can be expected this year.
I find myself needing more me/calm time so decided to use Polychromos colored pencils on today's card featuring Sunny Studio Sledding Critters and Sunny Studio Winter Scenes.

I'm still a relative colored pencil beginner so this took me a while to do, which is exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. Plus, these images are uber cute so how could I not enjoy working with them?!

I stamped the scene on Bristol Smooth with Versafine Onyx Black then colored the Sunny Studio Winter Scenes background first. I next colored up the Sledding Critters image, deciding to fussy cut designer paper for the actual sled. Think of the possibilities!

I used a Posca pen to apply details to the critters like fur and pom poms. I also applied Clear Wink of Stella on the roofs, snowbanks and sled runner. So so cute!

I assembled the card then spattered a lot of Copic Opaque White (btw, did you know you can use a Posca Bullet Tip Pen in a similar way by priming it then flicking).

Hello from Toni: Mama Elephant Boba Tea

Hi, all.  Today I'm playing catch up with some cards I made forever ago (pre-COVID!). I was inspired by someone else who had used the Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics and, I think, ME Boba Tea Set in a similar way. I wish I could remember who that was--argh!

Prior to seeing her cards, it had never occurred to me that folding a slim base in half, you end up with little 3x4 notecards. Say what?!

I used both the Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics and ME Boba Tea Set on my cards as well. My unique touches include the choice of Honey Bee Birthday Bash 6x6 Paper, adding vellum clouds, and using a couple of the ME Little Monkey Agenda images.

I suppose my coloring was unique too. :)

I'll see you again soon.  If you'd like to check out my other creations in the meantime, you can visit my blog, Frankie Helps Craft, my Instagram, or my Pinterest Board

Have A Sweet Holiday with Lawn Fawn...

Hello everyone!!! Happy Wednesday and happy December!!! WOW!! I can't believe it is December already...whew!! I am here to share this Christmas gingerbread house themed card and mini shaker tag. I love, love, love creating Christmas themed projects. I had a blast creating these.

I used the awesome Build A House die set, Build A House Gingerbread Add-On, and the Scalloped Treat Box Winter House Add-On dies to create the gingerbread house. For the background panel, I used the lovely Quilted Backdrop die from Lawn Fawn. For the snowy hills, I used the Slimline Stitched Hillside Border dies. For the sentiment, I used the Simple Wavy Banners with the sentiment from the Merry Messages stamp set.

For the little shaker tag, I used the adorable Snow Globe Scenes stamp set. I also used the bow from the Eggstra Amazing Easter stamp set.  I colored in the little images using Copic markers. I used E41, E31, E55, and E35 for the gingerbread areas. For the red areas, I used R05, R17, and R46

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by.
I hope you enjoy the projects I created to share with you. I hope you each have a wonderful and blessed day.
