What's New Wednesday

Happy Wednesday everyone.  Hope your week is off to a good start.  We're half way to the weekend and the weather forecast is looking good.  More sunshine!

We received some new embellishments from "Me and My Big Ideas" this week.  We ordered quite a few pieces from their Soft Spoken collection and we love them.  You'll see them around the store in the different themed areas.  However, we like them so much, we're thinking about dedicating a whole fixture to them.  So, watch for more arrivals from this company soon.

We have loads of seasonal products on order.  They should start arriving any day!!!

Be sure to join us this Friday for our FREE "Make and Take."  We'll be making the card shown below.  Our FREE "Make and Take" is available between 5PM and 7PM, while supplies last.

See you on Friday!

We have a few spaces left in the following classes:

Elizabeth Crafts Technique Class-  This is the last time this class will be taught before Christmas.  Take this class and learn how to create beautiful, glittered cards for the Holidays.  Who doesn't love glitter?   Especially glitter that doesn't come off once it's secure!!

Class details can be found HERE.

Getaway Portfolio-  Create this wonderful, interactive album for your travel photos.   Class details can be found HERE.

Please tell us what you think!  We're thinking of changing our FREE "Make and Take" from Friday evening to Saturday, early afternoon.  We realize Friday evenings can be hectic and sometimes, after a long day, and week, it's hard to find the energy for one more thing.  Also, with winter only a few months away, Saturday afternoon will mean a trip to Doodlebugs with plenty of daylight.  We hear the comment quite often, that some of our customers don't like to make a trip to town after dark.  This may also make it easier for our customers from Port Angeles and Port Townsend.  They often are not able to make it here in time, after work.  So, again, please reply to this email with your thoughts, or stop in the store and tell us what you think.

Below is a list of fun projects you may have missed this week.  Be sure to visit the links.

1.  My personal favorite!  We posted a dream catcher that Mary made on our blog last week.  You can find that post HERE.
2.  Mary created a simple and beautiful, black and white card using the Bella Bouquet die from Memory Box.  You can view that card HERE.
3.  Another fun card using the Resting Birds die from Memory Box.  Take a look at Emily's card HERE.
