Chalkboard Tags
The "chalkboard" look it so popular right now. I keep seeing it everywhere. I thought these new stamps from Taylored Expressions would make adorable chalkboard art and sentiments for tags and cards.
So, I've been playing with them. I used the Brilliance Moonlight White Ink to stamp on black tags from Ranger Ink. Then, I added some highlights with a white Uniball pen. Super easy!!

I really like the chalkboard "look" as well - I have a few pics saved on one of my Pinterest boards. I like that someone designed the look on a stamp set, because, I knew I'd never be able to write script or typography as well as the art I saved pics of. So this is a great solution - thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteThat look is so popular right now. I'm seeing more and more stamps that can be used to achieve that look. You can also "smudge" a bit of white ink across the paper before or after you stamp. Thanks for commenting!! See you on Monday in class :)
