I couldn't pass up this stamp. My husband, his father, my dad, and many others on my husband's side of the family have worked for the railroad and the Union Pacific. So, when I saw this stamp, I had to have it.
I used some Tim Holtz distress inks to create some color and mounted it on some paper from American Crafts. My husband says they look like flowers (they aren't flowers) and I shouldn't use flowers on a masculine card. It seems like most masculine cards are dark, and lack color. I thought this was a perfect way to add some color.
Who makes this stamp? Is it in the store? My husband is a train collector.
ReplyDeleteKaren- This stamp is made from Stampendous and, yes, we have it at the store. It's an unmounted, rubber, cling stamp, so it's hanging on the back wall.
