Fall Leaves Card and Inktense Pencils

Fall...my favorite time of year.  I just love the colors!

Like Ryan, I've been playing with the Inktense pencils lately.  So, I thought I'd share a card I created last week.  The stamp is from Hero Arts, the leaf die is a Die-namics die from My Favorite Things.  Watch for a post later in the week.  I'll be sharing some Fall inspired art from my art journal using these wonderful pencils!

Looking for a last minute Halloween card idea?  We created this card using the Sizzix, Circle Flip-it die and the Spider dies from Memory Box.  It's quick and easy!

Taylored Expressions- Wings of Joy

Today I'm sharing a few Christmas cards I created with the Wings of Joy stamp set we received from Taylored Expressions.  I've posted a list of the Copic marker colors I used at the end of this post.

I used the following Copic Markers to color the above images:  G82 and 85, BG05 and 07, E43 and 47, R14 and 27.  I also used Stardust Stickles and a snow marker although it's hard to see in the images.  The paper is from Pink Paislee's Snow Village collection.

Fall Party and Gift

Have you wandered through our party and gift section lately?  You really must.  We have some adorable owl accessories that we're sure you'll love.  Next time your in, be sure to take a peek at the whole collection.

I just love him!  Who wouldn't love getting this owl mug filled with a coffee card or cider packages?

Art Journal Inspiration

We've got some art journal inspiration for you this week.  Ryan's been busy creating in his art journal with Copic markers and Inktense pencils.  Here's a peek at his journal and a couple of the projects he's been working on.

This piece is inspired by all things Sequim, and was created with the Inktense pencils.

We call this guy the "art monster".  Ryan created him with Copic markers.

Project Life Thursday

You've probably noticed, we've been a little behind in our Project Life posts.   I can't promise I won't lapse again, but for now, we are back on track.  So, here's a look at a page from Liesl's book.  I believe she gave this to me sometime in July or August.  I'm sure she'll be surprised to see it finally up on the blog.  Thanks Liesl!

I love how she documents so many random things from everyday life.  Wouldn't it be great to have a picture of what your grandma carried in her purse.
