Quick and Easy Backgrounds

A few weeks back, I created a bunch of backgrounds using the Bundles of Blossoms background stamp from MFT Stamps.  Here are a few cards I created with those backgrounds.

For the card below, I used Liquid Platinum embossing powder and Distress Inks to create the background.  The word thanks is from the Thanks and Hello die from MFT Stamps.

I also used Distress Inks for this next card.  However, this time, I used white embossing powder.

I changed it up for this card.  I embossed it with gold embossing powder from Ranger.  Instead of using Distress Inks, I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to add color.

After embossing, I colored the background with markers (see below).

Then, I sprayed it generously with water, allowing the colors to blend.

Give it a try!

SUPPLIES USED:
Bundles of Blossoms from MFT Stamps (or try some of these fun backgrounds)
Thanks and Hello die from MFT Stamps
Distress Inks from Tim Holtz
Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers from Kuretake Zig
Embossing Powders from Ranger
