Add some water to your Twinkling H2O's and let them sit.
Cut four large and four medium poppy petals and the flower center from watercolor or mixed media paper. I used the mixed media paper from Strathmore. The die I used is the Poppy Builder Die-namics from MFT Stamps.
Brush the petal with a small amount of water. Then, load your brush with the Twinkling H2O's and touch the brush to the wet petal. The color should wick out over portions of the petal. Repeat until the petal is covered. Let dry or use your heat tool to speed up the drying process.
Repeat until all the petals and center are painted.
To assemble the petals, I used Quick Dry Glue. Here's a VIDEO on how to assemble the flower.

Twinks are on my wish list right now - since I've been having so much fun watercoloring - I think I need to try the Twinkling H2O's. Your poppy is so pretty - inspring to try this product! (had to post as "anonymous" but this is Phaedra). For some reason my Google account user ID/Password seems like it's working, but my posts never show up.
